These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Monster Entertainment, LLC, doing business as Monster Mini Golf ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 230 E W T Harris Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28262. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. SMS Messaging Program
Monster Entertainment, LLC DBA Monster Mini Golf offers SMS messaging services to contacts who opt in. By opting in, you may receive the following types of messages:
Transactional messages: Franchise inquiry follow-ups, discovery process updates, and call scheduling.
Marketing messages: Franchise opportunity updates, new territory announcements, and promotional information about Monster Mini Golf franchise opportunities. Marketing messages are only sent to contacts who separately opt in.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our SMS services.
3. Opting Out, Getting Help, and Message Information
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the
980-252-8576 number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
